Soft Colours should be applied to clean, towel-dried hair, for the softest effect. When applied to dry hair, a darker deposit effect will be accomplished as well as a soft line of demarcation. Can be applied with any application technique desired, just make sure to lightly shake the bottle of Soft Colour before mixing and use ratio of 1 : 11 part Soft Colour to 1 part Developer.
